The pool can only be booked during certain periods. Since these periods are variable, please contact our staff directly when booking
Cancellation:
In case of withdrawal, a cancellation fee of 10% of the travel price will be charged. If you withdraw between the 90th and 55th day before the rental period starts, half of the travel price will be charged. If you withdraw later, the entire travel price must be paid. If a replacement tenant is found for the agreed period under the same rental conditions, only a rebooking fee of 10% of the rental price will be charged; however, the minimum fee is € 50. If a replacement tenant is found under different rental conditions and the new tenant pays less than under the original rental contract, you will be charged the difference between the old and new rental price.
Cancellations must always be communicated in writing.
Travel withdrawal:
– severe illness or accident with significant health impairment that makes travel impossible; death, appointment as a juror, pregnancy.
In case of written withdrawal within the last 42 days before the arrival date, the customer will receive the proportional travel price back, minus a 20% deductible.
Low season: 7.1. to 31.5. and 1.10. to 24.12. | High season: 1.6. to 30.9. and 25.12. – 6.1.
All our prices are exclusive of the local tax for adults (from 16 years) of € 2.70 per night.
Yes. For each additional person in the apartments (extra bed), we charge € 20/day.
Of course. However, a maximum of two dogs. We charge a small fee of 20 euros/week for them.
